How much does a photo booth cost in Yakima, WA?

Bright Booths rents photo booths in Yakima, WA starting at $345 — The Classic, the Bright 360, and The White Room, with a bilingual attendant and unlimited prints, booked online with a $100 deposit. We are the photo booth company that lives here: born inside Bright Minds Photography on West Yakima Avenue, with more than ten years of shooting the Valley's weddings, quinceañeras, and school dances.

Yakima is home turf, and it shows in the small stuff. We know which loading dock the Yakima Convention Center wants you at, where the power lives in the Modern Living building at State Fair Park, and how long it takes to get a backdrop through the doors at the Capitol Theatre before a gala. Our crew has set up on the SunDome floor during the Central Washington State Fair and in a grandmother's backyard on Nob Hill the same weekend. Both nights got the same overlay, the same lighting, and the same line of guests laughing at their prints.

The event mix here is unlike anywhere else in the state. Quinceañeras run nearly year-round, with the busiest Saturdays from April through October. Homecoming and prom season pulls us into Davis, Eisenhower, West Valley, and East Valley gyms. Then comes wedding season in the wineries: Gilbert Cellars' Hackett Ranch, Owen Roe, Treveri Cellars just down the road in Wapato, and the tasting rooms clustered along Rattlesnake Hills. Corporate holiday parties fill December at the Red Lion Yakima Center and Hotel Maison, and church anniversaries and nonprofit fundraisers keep our Community rate busy Monday through Thursday.

Here is how the money works, because nobody else in the Valley posts prices. Bright Mini is our budget hero at $345 — two hours of The Classic, digital sharing only, perfect for a birthday or a small quince. Bright Classic is the one most Yakima families pick at $545: three hours, unlimited 2×6 prints, your names or logo on the overlay, and Glam B&W mode for the editorial look. Bright Premier at $895 adds a fourth hour and includes The White Room, our glowing walk-in enclosure that fits twelve people. Want the slow-motion video everyone posts? Bright 360 starts at $695. The price you see is everything you pay. $100 locks your date; balance due 14 days before.

Yakima parties are bilingual and so are we. Every attendant we send speaks Spanish and English, which matters at a quince when tía wants a group shot and the DJ is already calling the vals. We will explain the props, count down the shots, and hand your abuela her print without anyone having to translate. Overlays, welcome screens, and the text-message delivery can all run in Spanish, English, or both.

Because our studio is on West Yakima Avenue, we can meet you for a walkthrough, drop off a sample print, or swing by your venue to check the space before you sign anything. We serve every corner of the city — Terrace Heights, West Valley, Nob Hill, the downtown core — plus Selah, Union Gap, Moxee, and Naches. If your Saturday is in June or September, check your date now. Those weekends go first, and we only have so many booths.
