The Classic needs about 8×8 ft; the 360 about 10×10 ft with ceiling clearance; The White Room 10×10 ft. We confirm the floor plan with your venue before event day.

Yes, with shade and power. We need a flat, covered spot (a tent or canopy is fine) and a standard outlet within 50 feet. Direct sun, rain, and extreme heat are no-gos — we'll sort logistics with your venue.

Popular Saturdays go months out, especially May through October. Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events; if it's sooner than that, check the date anyway — the calendar is live.

The Classic takes photos, GIFs and boomerangs with unlimited prints. The 360 is a spinning camera platform that records slow-motion video with music — the thing everyone lines up for. Many events book both.

Yes — and it's included, not an upsell. Every printed strip is custom-designed for your event: your names, date, colors, monogram or logo. We send you the proof to approve before event day, and digital-only packages get a custom overlay too.
