Terms & Rental Agreement

1. Booking & deposit

A flat $100 deposit reserves your event date and the booth(s) in your package. The deposit is non-refundable and transfers once to a new date, subject to availability.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event and is collected automatically through the secure payment link in your confirmation. Bookings with an unpaid balance 7 days before the event may be released.

2. Rescheduling & cancellation

Reschedule with at least 14 days notice and your deposit moves with you once. Cancellations forfeit the deposit; balances already paid are refunded in full when notice is given 14+ days before the event.

If Bright Booths must cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund of everything paid.

3. Venue requirements

The client provides a flat, covered space (approx. 8×8 ft for The Classic, 10×10 ft for the 360 and The White Room), a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet, and reasonable load-in access. Outdoor setups require shade and shelter; we may pause or stop service in rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions without refund.

4. Hours, start time & overtime

Package hours are consecutive run-time; setup and teardown are on us and are not counted. Additional time is billed at the published extra-hour rate for your area and is subject to attendant availability.

The booth is reserved for your event DATE. The exact start time is confirmed with you one to two days before the event, once the run of show is settled — timings move constantly in the final week, and we would rather match your real schedule than a number written months earlier. We will text and email the confirmed start time; if we cannot reach you, we default to the time on your booking.

5. Conduct & damage

The client is responsible for damage to equipment, props, or the enclosure caused by guests. Our attendant may end service early if guests behave in a way that risks people or equipment; no refund applies in that case.

6. Photos, prints & sharing

Guests receive unlimited prints and digital copies during the event per the package. An online gallery, when included, is delivered within 7 days. Bright Booths may use event photos for marketing unless you opt out in writing before the event; guest faces can be excluded on request.

7. Liability

Bright Booths is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by weather, venue restrictions, power loss, or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. SMS terms

By providing your number you agree to receive booking-related messages (confirmations, reminders, replies). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. We never sell your data.

9. Agreement

Paying the deposit or participating in the event constitutes acceptance of these terms. Your rental agreement, with your event details filled in, is linked from your confirmation and can be printed or forwarded to a venue that requires one.
